These terms apply to all Ind Academy courses, both in-house and online. By paying for a course you agree to them.

Booking your place

• A deposit is required to secure an in-house course place. Spaces are limited and preparation is made in advance, so all course payments are non-refundable.
• After paying, you will be contacted to confirm your course date and details.
• If paying with Clearpay, please complete your purchase at least two weeks before your course date. Any remaining balance must be cleared before the course starts.

Entry requirements

• Some courses (for example the French Masterclass and Toenail Reconstruction) are for qualified nail technicians. Proof of qualification must be shown before attending.
• Beginner courses require no previous qualifications. Entry requirements are listed on each course page.

Kits

Whether a kit is included is stated on each course page. Where a kit is not included, you will need to bring your own.

Online courses

• Online courses are self-paced. Access details are provided after purchase.
• Where a live assessment is required, you must complete all modules, quizzes and the final assessment before booking it.
• Your certificate is issued once you successfully pass the course requirements.
• Course content is for your personal use only and must not be shared, copied or resold.

Certificates

Certificates are issued on successful completion. Courses teach cosmetic treatments only and do not qualify you to diagnose or treat medical conditions.

Rearranging a course date

If you need to change your course date, please contact us as early as possible. We will try to offer another date, but this cannot be guaranteed.
