Refund and returns policy

Please read this before you buy.

Tools and products

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Email us first at ToenailreconstructionUK@outlook.com with your order number. You pay the return postage unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot take back items that have been opened or used, such as brushes, files and nippers, unless they are faulty.

Refunds are paid to your original payment method within 14 days of us getting the item back.

In-house course deposits and payments

All course payments, including deposits, are non-refundable. Your payment holds your place, and other students are turned away for you, as each course has only 3 places.

The balance must be paid before your first course day.

Changing your date: give at least 14 days' notice and we will try to move you to another date once. Less notice than this, or not turning up, means you lose your place and your payment.

If we have to cancel a course, you can move to a new date or get a full refund.

Online courses

Online courses are digital content. You get access straight away when you pay. By buying, you agree to start straight away, and you lose your right to cancel once you have access. Online courses are not refundable.

Course kits posted with an online course can be returned unused within 14 days, as above.

Studio unit hire

Hire payments are non-refundable. The £50 deposit is refunded within 7 days of your hire ending, once the unit has been checked. Full terms are on the Studio Hire page.

Nail appointments

Booking payments are non-refundable. See our Booking & Cancellation Policy.
